Billy Edgar Williams, age 91, passed away on October 10, 2021, at his home in Wheatland, CA. He was born July 9, 1930, in Blytheville, AR.

Billy proudly served our country in the US Army. He retired from Aerojet where he oversaw missile production and was a member of the Wheatland Christian Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Billy Ray Williams, Caroline June Engles, James Caudill, and Katherine Thomas; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held Monday, October 25, 2021, at Lipp and Sullivan Funeral Directors, in Marysville, 2-6pm. Graveside service will be on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Fairview Cemetery in Rio Oso, at 11am with reception to follow.
