Brenda Robbins, 63, of Marysville, passed away peacefully at home on July 28, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.

Brenda grew up in Benicia, California, was a member of Benicia Girl Scouts, and graduated from Benicia High School in 1978. Brenda stayed in Benicia until she moved to Marysville in 2000 and opened Copy City in downtown Marysville.

Brenda was a well-respected and active member of the Marysville business community. She was former President of the Marysville Business Improvement District (BID) and also served as an officer (chaplain) for Post 807, Unit 4 of the American Legion Auxiliary. Over the years Brenda sponsored and supported many local events and volunteer organizations in the area, especially those benefiting children and veterans.

She is survived by her wife, Cheryl Robbins of Marysville; her sister, Sheryl Roy of Benicia; her brother, Bruce Robbins of Quincy; and "adopted" sister, Cathy Bowling of Benicia. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lois Robbins of Twain, California.

There will be a celebration of life for family and friends which will take place at the Elks Lodge in Marysville on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 2:00pm.
