Cindy Elayne Hill, 62, of Browns Valley, CA, passed away on November 4, 2022, at Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital in Marysville, CA, surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 7, 1960, in Winnemucca, NV. She married William M. Hill on October 26, 1978, and they had 3 children.

She was a long time member of Two Cities Kennel Club, The Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America and spent many years volunteering her time as a 4-H leader, little league coach, soccer coach and devoted member of Browns Valley PTA.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Bill Hill; children, Kellie Rottman, Jennifer Hill and William A. Hill; sons-in-law, Tim Rottman and Alvin Mattice; grandchildren, William I. Hill and Karley Rottman; sisters, Deena Menezes and Jamie Bender; father, George Stetson; and her grandmother, Marie Weller.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Stetson.

The family will be planning a celebration of life for a later date. Cindy will be truly missed.
