Clifford Eugene Wilson 82 of Loma Rica, CA passed away August 13, 2011 at the Marysville Care & Rehab Center. Born February 22, 1929 in Lincoln, Arkansas he was a Yuba Sutter area resident since 1993. Clifford was a Truck Driver and Truck Driving Instructor for 55 years. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Loma Rica, CA; Lifetime member and Past Commander of the VFW Woodland Post 1985; he was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and received the Purple Heart. Survivors include wife, Betty L. Wilson of Loma Rica, CA; sons, Claude Wilson of Loma Rica, CA, Jonathan Wilson of Davis, CA; daughters, Susan Gonzales of Yuba City, and Partricia Lewis of Penn Valley, CA; step- sons, Charles Jones of Loma Rica, CA, Ken Sutton of Irvine, CA; step-daughters, Brenda Qualls of Russellville, Arkansas; Rhonda Sutton of Springfield, Oregon, Linda Rampenthal of Loma Rica, CA, and Cindy Jones of Loma Rica, CA; sister, Maxine Austin of Lodi, CA; 18 grandchildren, 28 great- grandchildren, and four great-great-granchildren. Graveside services will be held with Military Honors on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA at 10:30 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Lipp and Sullivan Funeral Directors.
