Delores June Yung (Hulsey), passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 82. June was born in Tulare, California, on June 13, 1938, and was the youngest of three children born to Ocie and Lector Hulsey.

Delores grew up in the Wheatland and Rio Oso areas. She moved to the Yuba Sutter area, married and had three children; a son, Darrell Wayne Spenger and two daughters, Deborah Kay Cantrell (Spenger) and Candi Ann Baird (Hecht). In 1979 she married James (Jim) Yung and shared over 30 years together before his death in 2009.

June enjoyed spending time with family and friends playing cards, dominoes, 31, Aggravation, and was a great opponent. She was fun and spunky and will be missed by so many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lector and Ocie Hulsey; her brother, Virgil Hulsey (Donna); sister, Patricia Edwards; nephews, Ronnie Metcalf, Bobbie Metcalf; and husband, James (Jim) Yung.

She leaves behind children, Darrell Spenger, Debbie Cantrell (Greg), and Candi Baird (Larry); four grandchildren, Jackie Helton, Nicolaus Grady, Brittanee Trantham, and John Tyler Grady; four great-grandchildren, Kendall Searcy, Michael Searcy, Sammie Searcy, and Nate Trantham; nephews, Randy Metcalf (Debbie) and Virgil (Buc) Hulsey; niece, Jennifer Choinski (Hulsey); caregiver, Sandy Giese; and many cousins and friends.

Services for Delores June Yung, will be on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., Fairview Community Christian Church, 1991 Pacific Ave., Trowbridge, CA 95659. A private burial will be at the Wheatland Cemetery.

Memorials in Junes honor can be made to Sutter Care at Home (Hospice).
