February 15, 1929 - October 10, 2018

Fay B. Valencia went to be with the Lord on October 10, 2018. Fay was a resident of Yuba-Sutter for more than 50 years and a faithful member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marysville.

Fay was a wonderful example of faith, kindness and unconditional love. She had an infectious laugh and loved to give hugs and kisses.

She is preceded in death by her husband Roque Valencia, son Samuel Mejia and brother Benny Baiza.

Fay is survived by grandchild Barbara Mejia, great-grandchildren Manuel and Christopher Marin, great-great grandchild Rowan Marin, sisters Emma Ortega and Jenny Escalante and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held at Lipp & Sullivan on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 4-7pm, followed by a Rosary from 7-8pm. Mass will be on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
