Jimmy Cole passed away peacefully at his home in Marysville, CA, on March 1, 2024.

Jimmy was born on February 9, 1949, to Jay and Earlda Cole in West Covina, CA. He was 10 years old when his family moved to Live Oak, CA.

Jimmy graduated from Live Oak High School. He was drafted into the Army in 1969. He served in the Vietnam war for two years and was honorably discharged in 1971.

He worked with his dad in the backhoe business for several years before marrying the love of his life Laurie. They had a daughter that only lived for three days whose name was Mary Louise.

Jimmy enjoyed buying and selling cars along with working in his yard.

Jimmy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Laurie Cole; and his siblings: Jerry Cole of Live Oak, CA, Debbie Rogers (Ron) of Live Oak, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Earlda; and his daughter, Mary Louise.

Memorial services will be at Lipp and Sullivan, 629 D St., Marysville, CA, Wednesday, March 20, 2024. A viewing from 9-10:30am, Memorial Service starts at 11am.

Burial will be Thursday, March 21, 2024, starting at 12:30pm, Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, CA.
