John Ray Nemanic, 63, of Marysville, CA, passed away June 2, 2013. Born February 14, 1950 in Marysville, CA. A lifetime resident of the Yuba-Sutter area. He was a Food Processor and a rice grower for many years.

John was a graduate of Notre Dame School, Marysville High School, and then received his BA degree from Sacramento State University.

He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Marysville, CA; and a member of the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau.

Survivors include his brother, Edward J. Nemanic of Marysville, CA.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Geneve Nemanic; and a brother Joseph Nemanic.

Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 until the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Lipp & Sullivan Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Marysville, with Father Godwin Xavier officiating. Entombment will be at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst, CA.
