Jose Miguel Diaz passed away October 28, 2012.

Born in Spain, a native Basque, he came to the United States to work and experience new places. He moved to Sacramento in the early eighties. He met and then married Alicia T. Sandoval in 1987. For their 26 years together they enjoyed their friends, fiestas and trips to Spain. In the community he served as a security guard for more than 2 decades with Comprehensive Security Services.

Miguel is survived by the many members of his wife's family including Daniel and Pat Vasquez, Yolanda and Luis Garcia, Elizabeth and Manuel Sandoval Romero, Hector C. Sandoval, grandchildren including Cynthia Hahn, Marisela Romero, Antonio Romero, Amalea Romero and Nico Sandoval, many nephews and nieces and great grandchildren Tyrone Marshall and Roman Hahn.

Services will be at Lipp & Sullivan from 2:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday Nov 3, 2012.
