Julie R. Walker, 69, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020, in Marysville, CA, surrounded by love from her husband and daughters.

Julie was born on November 3, 1951, in Riverside, CA, to Raymond and Rebecca Goodreau. Julie met her soulmate, Gary, in Riverside and they were married on April 14, 1973. They moved to Marysville in 1980, where they raised two daughters, Mindy and Breanna. In their 47 years together, they never left each others side for more than a few days.

Julie was a dedicated wife and mother first and foremost. She treasured her daughters and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Nana. Her motto was Nana's my name and spoiling's my game. She had a vivacious personality and was known for her outrageous and infectious laugh.

Julie is survived by her husband, Gary Walker; daughters, Mindy Walker and Breanna Haywood; her granddaughters, Isabella Haywood and Adalyn Walker; and her brother, Jim Goodreau.

Julie will be laid to rest at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA, where a small family service will be held.

A celebration of life will be held for Julie in the Spring of 2021.
