53, of Yuba City, CA passed away January 18, 2012 at Rideout Hospital. Born July 31, 1958 in Long Beach, CA he was a lifetime resident of the Yuba Sutter area.

Survivors include his son, Robert Lyman Kundert (Shannon) of Marysville, CA; daughters: Angela Lynn Benavidez (Feliciano Chavez) of Marysville, CA, and Michelle Diane Rodriguez (Jaime) of Yuba City, CA; brothers: Charles Lyman Kundert (Carol) of Stockton, CA, and Kent David Kundert of Los Angeles, CA; sisters: Maxine Cuccio (Ed) of Sutter, CA, Billie Carrow of Yuba City, CA, and Pamela Oliver (Charles Sewell) of Stockton, CA; grandchildren: Lorena, Carina, David, Feliciano, R.J., Seth, Romeo, Angela, Kimora, Jaime and Michael; and great- grandchild, Christian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Roberts; brothers: Paul Lyman Kundert and Billy Kundert; his former wife, Theresa Kundert of Yuba City, CA; and sister-in-law Susan Stanton of Marysville, CA.

Services will be held at 1:00PM Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel with Pastor Leonard Self of Christ Has Risen Ministries officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 2:00PM until 8:00PM at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel. Burial will be at Sutter Cemetery, Sutter, CA.
