Mandy Marie Harper 69, of Carmichael, CA, passed away September 10, 2011 at UC Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. Born December 12, 1941 in Apache, Oklahoma. A resident of Carmichael for 30 years. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Richard L. Harper of Carmichael, CA; daughters: Patricia Spina (Nicholas) of Plumas Lake, CA, and Sylvia Egan (Michael) of Roseville, CA; grandchildren: Caitlyn Spina, Nicholas Spina III, Robert Egan II, Michael Egan II, Christopher Egan, and Christina Egan; and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2:00pm - 8:00pm Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel. Services will be held 11:00am Friday, September 16, 2011 at Lipp & Sullivan Chapel with Pastor Al Jolley of the New Beginnings Wesleyan Church of Marysville officiating.
