Maria Elena Perez-Garcia 70, of Orland and Wheatland passed away on July 23, 2011 in Mexico. She was born December 29, 1940 in Mexico. She was a homemaker. Survivors include daughter, Irma Lavalle of Wheatland, CA; two brothers; three sisters; and three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:30pm Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at St. Daniel Catholic Church in Wheatland with Father Fernando Meza officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday August 3rd from 11:00am until 12:30pm at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel. Burial will be at Wheatland Cemetery in Wheatland, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
