Marion, 74, of Olivehurst, passed away on October 17, 2012.
He was born on February 27, 1938 in Rantoul, IL. He had been a truck driver for 40 years and a Yuba-Sutter resident since 1963.

Marion was a life member of the Loyal Order of Moose #454 Olivehurst, CA and was a member of the Yuba County Sheriff Stars.

Survivors include his son, William "Billy" Heimburger of Olivehurst, CA; step-son, Steven Spitnale of Redmond, OR, step-daughters, Tina Moore and Lila Bailey, both of Olivehurst, CA; his sister Fern Crigger, and a niece Beverly Vincent, both of Athens, AL, and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Edward Charles Heimburger and his parents, Charles and Zora Heimburger.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel. Services will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Lipp and Sullivan. Burial will be at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to Moose Charities, Inc., 155 So. International Drive, Mooseheart, IL 60539.
