Michael J. Sinnen of Brownsville-Challenge area passed away July 10, 2011. Born October 6, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI. Mike loved and enjoyed living in the Sierra Foothills for 25 years. He retired from Boeing. Survivors include wife Darlene; son Michael; daughter Molly; sister Mary Vishtak. Visitation to be held 4:30 P.M. Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church 10184 LaPorte Rd. in Challenge-95925, immediately following by recitation of the Rosary at 5:30 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 14, 2011 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Challenge with Fr. Roy Donor officiating. Burial will be at Brownsville Cemetery with Military Honors. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of VFW Post 10135. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Brownsville Volunteer Fire Department or charity of your choice.
