Pat Freeman Rice, 92, of Yuba City, passed away September 20, 2017. Born August 17, 1925 in Texas, he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 75 years.

Pat was a heavy equipment operator with Local Union #3 for 50 years; a Navy Veteran of WWII and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Marysville.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Patrick Cummings of Marysville and Jennifer Adams-Corbin of Yuba City; great grandchildren, Jonathan Henderson of Yuba City, Collin Henderson of Yuba City, and Hannah A. Bermudez of San Francisco and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Vera Rice and daughters Patricia Cummings and Sandra Frink.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Sierra View Memorial Park, Olivehurst, CA with Rev.

Pat Davis officiating. Burial will be at Sierra View Memorial Park.
