Richard Leroy Harper, born on October 6, 1939, in Avella, Pennsylvania, passed away at age 78 on May 14, 2018, in Carmichael, CA. Richard served on active duty in the United States Air Force for 20 years, including a tour in Vietnam.

Richard was the beloved husband of the late, Mandy Marie Harper. He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Spina (Nicholas) and Sylvia Egan; grandchildren, Caitlyn Spina, Nicholas Spina III, Robert Egan II, Michael Egan II, Christopher Egan, and Christina Egan; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:30am - 11:00am Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel.
