July 23, 1960 - January 15, 2016

Sandra Arvizu Mahood, 55, of Rancho Cordova passed away at U.C. Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Sandra was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. She graduated from Marysville High School and attended Yuba College. Sandra was a Marysville resident for thirty-four years and in 2002 moved to Sacramento where she worked as a Legal Assistant. Sandra loved music, dancing, high heels, gardening, food, and thrived on the company of family and friends. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Congregation for many years.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Valerie Mahood; husband, Virgil Bradley; mother, Maria Arvizu; three brothers, Juan Luis Arvizu, Martin Arvizu (Shelly), and Jaime Arvizu (Joanne); two sisters, Yolanda Carrasco (Hermilo) and Maria Arvizu-Espinoza (Leonel); fifteen nieces and nephews, and nine great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Juan C. Arvizu.

Visitation is from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. and memorial service from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. on January 28, 2016 at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel, 629 D Street, Marysville.

Sandra will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. May she rest in loving peace.
