Thelma Leona Burbank, passed away on August 2, 2017, at the age of 99 years old surrounded by her family.

Thelma was born February 27, 1918, in Mulberry, Arkansas to Roy and Ollie Hibbens. She is survived by Larry Bays of Olivehurst, CA; Janet Madsen of Redman, Oregon; and Renee Brumfield of Tucson, Arizona.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Merlin Burbank; sons, Lee Roy Bays, Harold Eugene Bays, Herbert Leon Bays and husband, George Bays.
